NOTE: ALL PLAYERS MUST COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE BELOW REGISTRATION FORM, AND REGISTRATION PAYMENT

Players Must meet the below Criteria to be eligible to tryout.
- Must be between the ages 18-35
- Previous professional, college, or High School experience
- Must register online. No exceptions
- Pay required Tryout Fee of $50.00 (payment goes up to $100.00 Day of Tryouts)
- Be prepared for station tasks, measurements, conditioning.
- One-on-one and Five-on-five
